The Údarás (Examination Authority) is the governing body for all examinations (TMRF, TCRG, ADCRG, BG, SDCRG, and Grade Exams) for An Coimisiún Le Rincí Gaelacha.

The certification exams for CLRG are as follows:

• Grade Exams – Grades 1 to 12, open to all CLRG dancers
• TMRF – Ceili Teacher
• TCRG – Irish Dance Teacher
• ADCRG – Feisanna Adjudicator
• BG – Grades 1 to 10 Examiner
• SDCRG – Grades 11 to 12 Examiner

Every year, the board oversees the planning and management of examinations in several locations around the world. The chairperson of the committee will work with members to determine examiners from a rotating list for every scheduled examination as well as liaising with local organisers and Team Leaders before each scheduled examination to ensure efficiency and adherence to all CLRG standards.
